No Emis

My primary project is No Emis, a synthesizer-led instrumental project drawing inspiration from 1980s Synthpop, the cinematic soundscapes of Vangelis and Jean-Michel Jarre plus modern day contemporaries such as Madis and Kebu.

The first release, "Songs from the Border" was back in 1990, although the master recordings and programming were subsequently lost. Life intervened and no further music was undertaken until 2019 when time allowed to rekindle the interest.

The first task was to re-create "Songs from the Border" in order to re-learn how to create electronic music in the modern era.

Since 2020, No Emis has recorded 5 original albums and 2 EPs. You can listen to and download these from the link below to my Bandcamp page.
